At Race Haus, we understand that sometimes things go wrong or customers simply change their mind; therefore, we always try to make returning an item as straightforward as possible. Please contact our team before returning the item if you have received a damaged/incorrect item or have simply changed your mind. If your item is faulty, please contact us first before returning your item. Most faulty items will undergo a warranty inspection, so it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have investigated the fault, we will inform you how we must proceed.

We allow 48 hours for notification of these defects following delivery; after this, the cooling-off period remains 14 days for returns. Call us at 0191 6941237 or email us at info@racehaus.co.uk with your order number and date of purchase, and we will authorise your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting Race Haus will not accept a return. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@racehaus.co.uk.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer , Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We advise using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred on the return journey to Race Haus Ltd. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item to us except in cases where the goods are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and their original packaging with all labels still attached. Race Haus is entitled to deduct any diminution of value from a refund due to the product not being in the above condition. This is in line with your statutory rights.

We will refund you your original payment method.

*Customised items cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you have been advised.

* We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.

*Custom steering wheels

We cannot refund or cancel custom steering wheel orders once the build process has begun; however, if you wish to amend or change certain aspects of the steering wheel, we will try our best to accommodate this. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you return an item that has been used/installed, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a return of this kind is accepted, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

* Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items); we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

* Items with extended dispatch times

We do not hold all items in stock, some products are dispatched direct from our suppliers. Items with extended dispatch times can be returned however require up to a 50% restocking fee. 

You will made aware of the extended dispatch time at the point of sale. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
