Dorch Engineering is proud to offer a game-changing upgrade for the BMW N55 platform. This innovative lift kit solution allows up to 49% more fuel flow when paired with an existing Dorch N55 HPFP, unlocking higher power levels than ever before possible on the OEM direct-injection fuel system.
Dorch begins with genuine BMW vacuum pump cores and installs the Dorch Engineering camshaft within the OEM assembly using proprietary manufacturing tooling and validation equipment. The result is a substantial increase in fuel flow in a clean, OEM-style package that retains the safety, drivability, and sophistication of the factory DME.
This increased fuel capacity enables previously unattainable direct-injection power levels. When combined with larger injectors and the Dorch Stage 1 HPFP, this setup supports up to 750 WHP on E10 and 600 WHP on E85. Paired with larger injectors and the Dorch Stage 2 HPFP, it supports up to 900 WHP on E10 and 750 WHP on E85.
Software calibration is required to run this upgrade. Optimised base maps are available via Bootmod3, with MHD support coming soon. Simply select the appropriate “Lift Kit” option when flashing your vehicle.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When operating beyond the flow capacity of the Stage 2 HPFP, injector limitation becomes the primary bottleneck. To fully realise the potential of this upgrade, S63 EU5 injectors are strongly recommended.
