The VRSF N55 Catless Downpipe offers an excellent performance upgrade by significantly reducing exhaust backpressure compared to the factory downpipe. By removing the restrictive OEM catalytic converter—or replacing it with a high-flow 200-cell race catalytic converter—this downpipe allows exhaust gases to exit more efficiently. The result is quicker turbo spool, increased power output, and a noticeably more aggressive exhaust sound.
Each VRSF downpipe is hand-crafted from mandrel-bent SS304-grade stainless steel to ensure smooth exhaust flow and long-term durability. CNC precision-machined flanges, also produced from billet 304 stainless steel, provide a strong, reliable connection and precise fitment. This design helps improve performance while maintaining excellent build quality, making it a popular choice for N55-powered BMW models.
